An explosion of tropical flavours, this mango passion fruit chia jam is a deliciously healthy alternative to sugar-based jams. Rich in vitamin C, E, potassium, healthy fats and fibre.
Remove the skin from the mango, and then the flesh from the seed. Add the mango to a food processor, as well as the lemon juice and puree.
In a jar add the pureed mix. Scoop out the flesh and seeds from the passion fruit add it to the jar, add in the chia seeds. Using a spoon combine the ingredients until well incorporated.
Let it sit for an hour in the fridge to set. This will last in the fridge for up to one week covered.
