Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashew milk or other nut milk, sugarfree
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3 handfuls of organic spinach
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2-4 scoops collagen powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp flax DHA oil
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 2 scoops SamuRaw Organic Complete Powder
  • 1 tbsp blueberry kefir heaping tbsp
  • add water

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a high power blender. Add as much water as you need, whether you like it more thick or liquidy. 
  • Top with hemp hearts and blueberries! Enjoy!
