frozen is nice — you can do that yourself or use store bought, just make sure that there is no added sugar

or coconut water, as much as you desire blend
Instructions
Throw all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smoothie and well incorporated
Pour into your favourite glass. Top with goji berries if you desire.
