  • 3/4 cup unpasteurized honey *
  • 6-8 organic lemons juiced
  • 2 tbsp Grated fresh organic ginger or to taste
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 6-8 cloves

  • Throw everything into a pot and boil it on medium.
