This smoothie is wonderfully sour and sweet, the addition of lemon balm is calming and soothing as is the lavender.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black currants
  • 3 pieces of pineapple- around 1 1/2 cup to 2 cups
  • lemon balm handful
  • 1 orange juiced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1/4 cup bee pollen
  • 2 sprigs lavender

Instructions

  • Cut the pineapple into smaller pieces
  • Juice the lemon or orange 
  • Throw all the ingredients into a blender. Pulse until smooth. Enjoy!
