- 1 cup black currants
- 3 pieces of pineapple- around 1 1/2 cup to 2 cups
- lemon balm handful
- 1 orange juiced
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1/4 cup bee pollen
- 2 sprigs lavender
Cut the pineapple into smaller pieces
Juice the lemon or orange
Throw all the ingredients into a blender. Pulse until smooth. Enjoy!
