almond milk
or coconut, or cashew milk

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
turmeric
1/2
tsp
ginger
fresh or powder

tbsp
raw unpasteurized honey

tsp
coconut oil
Instructions
Heat and combine all the ingredients over medium heat.
When ready pour into a blender, pulse until a nice froth is made.
Pour into your favourite cup and serve with freshly grated nutmeg!!
