Golden Milk

The combination of spices and honey is so delicious. Golden Milk is also very healing, it reduces inflammation, soothes the throat, gently cleanses and boosts the immune system.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut, or cashew milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ginger fresh or powder
  • 1 tbsp raw unpasteurized honey
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Heat and combine all the ingredients over medium heat.  
  • When ready pour into a blender, pulse until a nice froth is made.
  •  Pour into your favourite cup and serve with freshly grated nutmeg!!
