- 1 Mango
- 1/2 cup Wheat Grass juiced
- 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a smoothie and blend
- If you’d like to cool it down a bit you can always add a bit of ice
- If it is too thick for you add water to it.
